DESAN certified for ISO 20252

DESAN Research Solutions is ISO 20252:2012 certified as of July 24th 2013, following a successful on-site audit by the Stichting Toetsingsbureau KCC, the main certifying organisation for market research in the Netherlands. ISO 20252 is the international standard for market, opinion and social research, issued in 2006, revised in 2012. The certification stresses DESANs continuous attention for quality. The external data centers DESAN uses for digital data collection had already been ISO 27001:2005 (Data security) en ISO 9001:2008 (Quality management) certified.
