DESAN certified for ISO 27001

DESAN Research Solutions is ISO 27001:2013 certified as of June 2015, following a successful on-site audit by the Stichting Toetsingsbureau KCC, the main certifying organisation for market research in the Netherlands. ISO 27001 is the international standard for information security. The certification stresses DESANs continuous attention for data security (availability, integrity, confidentiality). The external data center locations DESAN uses for digital data collection had already been ISO 27001 and ISO 9001:2008 (Quality management) certified. DESAN is certfied for ISO 20252 (Market and opnion research) since 2013 and is now one of the few Dutch research agencies that is certified for both 20252 and 27001.
