ISO 20252 certification renewed

DESAN Research Solutions has been certified forr ISO 20252 since 2013 (and for ISO 27001 since 2015). Following a positive external audit, the certification has been extended for another three years.. ISO 20252 is the international standard for market and opinion research. In 2020, DESAN moved to the new 20252:2019 version which has been published by the ISO last year. DESAN has applied all 'Annexes' of the standard, except 'Digital observation'. The ISO-certificates confirm our continuous care for quality and data security. DESAN was one of the first research organisations in the Netherlands to receive both 20252 and 27001 certificates. The next audit (surveillance) for 27001 willl take plave in November 2020.
