Why is DESAN calling?

Your experience helps organisations make better decisions.

DESAN contacts people and organisations solely for research. The call is not a sales call.

02 · Purpose

Only for this research

Your contact details are used only for the research for which they were provided to DESAN.

03 · Reporting

Reported without identifying you

Results are reported statistically to the client and not in a way that identifies you.

What happens after a call?

You always remain in control.

If you miss a call, DESAN will usually try to contact you a few more times. If the timing is inconvenient, you can arrange another time. If you do not wish to participate, you can say so immediately.

Frequently asked questions

Answers about calls, data and participation.

Not sure whether a call genuinely came from DESAN? Call our general telephone number.

How did DESAN obtain my telephone number?

In almost all cases, the organisation for which the research is being conducted provided your contact details to DESAN. The relevant arrangements are recorded in a data-processing agreement.

Is participation compulsory?

No. Participation in research is always voluntary. You decide whether you wish to participate.

Will anything be sold to me?

No. DESAN conducts research and does not use the call for sales, advertising or marketing.

Are my answers linked to my name?

Research results are not reported in a way that identifies you. Contact details are used only to conduct the research.

Can I arrange another time for the call?

Yes. You can indicate which day and part of the day would be more convenient.
