Working at DESAN
Are you curious, friendly and accurate? Contribute to research among consumers, businesses and organisations from the DESAN call centre. No sales—just meaningful conversations.

What will you do?
DESAN conducts telephone research among consumers, businesses and organisations throughout the Netherlands for a wide range of clients.
From the Amsterdam call centre, you contact respondents and guide them through a pre-programmed questionnaire. You listen carefully, ask questions accurately and encourage people to participate in a friendly manner.
Who are we looking for?
Experience with telephone interviewing is helpful but not essential. It is more important that you communicate clearly, treat respondents with respect and are motivated to conduct high-quality interviews.
The role is particularly suitable for students looking for flexible part-time work. You work exclusively from the DESAN call centre, so guidance and support are always close at hand.
Flexible scheduling
You submit your availability each week, after which DESAN schedules you for available four-hour shifts. You receive your schedule the week beforehand and can adapt your availability around lectures, exams and other commitments.
Pay and contract
You are employed directly by DESAN and can choose between a zero-hours contract and a minimum–maximum hours contract. The stated amounts are gross all-inclusive hourly rates; no additional evening or other allowances apply.
