From May through July 2021, DESAN conducted data collection for the Dutch Tax Administration’s 2021 Tax Monitor.
Since 1994, the Tax Monitor has measured the perceptions and behaviour of taxpayers, customs clients, benefit recipients and service providers each year. Topics include the performance and reputation of the Tax Administration, appreciation of its services, the filing process, tax morale and compliance.
DESAN has conducted the Tax Monitor since 2014.
