From mid-September through the end of November 2025, DESAN is carrying out the UWV Employer Survey on behalf of UWV.
The annual survey concerns the recruitment and retention of staff. A random sample of businesses and organisations in the Netherlands is contacted by telephone.
Each year, UWV publishes a series of analyses on recruitment and retention based on the research. The first results of the 2025 UWV Employer Survey will be published in early 2026. Further information about the survey is also available at werk.nl.
