From May through June, DESAN is once again carrying out data collection for the Tax Monitor, Customs Monitor and the experience survey among benefits recipients and social intermediaries.
The three monitors are important annual experience surveys for the Dutch Tax Administration, Benefits Service and Customs. DESAN has carried out these studies since 2014.
Different target groups and approaches
A panel is used for surveys among individual taxpayers and benefits recipients. Businesses and organisations are invited in writing and/or by telephone to complete an online questionnaire.
