From checkbox to strategic issue
In market research, information security is no longer a technical appendix to be checked off at the end of a contract. It now touches the core of business operations.
This creates tension between three perspectives: respondents want simplicity and privacy without hassle, clients seek risk control and governance assurance, and auditors demand technical guarantees and control over the chain.
Who holds the key to the engine room?
In a thirty-minute pressure-cooker format, participants are challenged to take a position. Requirements from recent tenders are used to explore the boundary between effective security and requirements that make research more difficult.
