From May through July 2022, DESAN conducted data collection for the Dutch Tax Administration’s 2022 Tax Monitor.
Since 1994, the monitor has measured the perceptions and behaviour of taxpayers, customs clients, benefit recipients and service providers each year. Topics include the performance and reputation of the Tax Administration, its services, the filing process, tax morale and compliance.
DESAN has conducted the Tax Monitor since 2014.
