From May through June, DESAN carries out data collection for the Tax Monitor, Customs Monitor and the experience survey among benefits recipients and social intermediaries.
The three monitors are annual experience surveys for the Dutch Tax Administration, Benefits Service and Customs. DESAN has carried out the studies since 2014.
Individual taxpayers and benefits recipients are surveyed through a panel. Businesses and organisations receive a written and/or telephone invitation to the online questionnaire.
