Since 2020, DESAN has carried out the annual UWV Employer Survey, a national study on staff recruitment.
More than 4,000 employers participated in 2023. Data collection took place mainly by telephone and partly online.
Each year, UWV publishes a series of analyses based on the research. The first analysis on hard-to-fill vacancies was published in January 2024.
